Your shop will have to invoice differently

If you sell online and issue invoices from your own site, there is a date after which doing it the way you do now stops being valid. This is not rebuilding the site. It is connecting it to software that complies.

Who it applies to, and when

Companies (SL, SA)
1 January 2027
Sole traders and professionals
1 July 2027

The date depends on your legal form, not on your size. Half a year between one and the other.

What changes exactly

Why this is yours and not only your accountant's

If you invoice through management software, your accountant or that software will already be handling it. The problem is a different one: if your online shop issues invoices on its own, those invoices come out of your website, and your website does not comply by itself. That is where I come in.

What I do

What it costs

From €450

Fixed price agreed before starting, depending on your platform and how your invoicing is set up. The first review costs nothing.

What I am not

I am not a tax adviser. What I do is the technical part: leaving your site issuing compliant invoices. What you have to declare and how is your accountant's job, and the best outcome is the three of us talking.

Shall I look at how yours is set up?

Send me your shop address and I will tell you whether it applies to you, from when, and what would need doing. Ten minutes, no charge.
